T-Street Project

All the finishes and materials were selected to bring organic texture and relaxed living to the forefront of the design—natural woods, woven rattans, linen textiles, and tumbled stone mix together—effortlessly natural. With an open living area, it was important to emphasize the flow from one room to another with like materials and finishes. You’ll find similar slipcovered chairs in the living and dining, plus woven accents purposefully placed throughout the space.

Upon entry, the living room greets with a soft neutral palette and an inviting sense of ease. Linen-upholstered seating, warm woods, and gently layered textiles create an atmosphere of quiet sophistication. Natural light filters in to highlight subtle textures, giving the room a softness that feels both relaxed and refined. This is a space designed to welcome daily life—whether quiet mornings, relaxed afternoons, or convivial evenings—all while maintaining a timeless coastal elegance.

The heart of the home, the kitchen has a homey look and feel with warm textures like zellige backsplash, woven pendants, plaster hood, and our signature white paint to brighten and soften. The kitchen embodies functional elegance: clean-lined cabinetry, warm material choices, and thoughtful detailing form a backdrop that elevates everyday routines.

Adjacent to the kitchen, the dining area provides a transitional zone for meals, conversation, and hospitality. The minimal styling and natural material choices allow this space to shift effortlessly between simple breakfasts, family dinners, and intimate entertaining. The design proves that functionality and refined aesthetics can, and should, coexist.

Beyond the main living and dining zones, the T-Street Project includes subtle corners: cozy nooks, entryway details, and small seating areas. These quieter spaces are styled with the same thoughtful minimalism: soft hues, natural materials, and ease-driven furnishings.

Whether for a moment of solitude, morning coffee, or daily ritual, these areas provide gentle respite and intimacy. They reinforce the project’s ethos: even the smallest moments should feel restful, considered, and grounded.

With an unbeatable view, it was a priority to connect the indoor and outdoor spaces, extending the entertaining zones and enhancing the comfortable living areas for a truly integrated California home. The outdoor area of the T-Street Project extends the home’s quiet sophistication into open air, creating an environment that feels just as intentional and inviting as the interiors. More than a patio or yard, the exterior lives like an additional room—a natural continuation of the home’s palette, textures, and mood.

Bathed in California sunlight, the space is framed by clean architectural lines and softened through warm, organic materials. The furnishings are thoughtfully scaled and serene: teak seating with sun-washed cushions, woven textures underfoot, and accents that echo the subtle neutrals of the interior rooms.
