A Refined Family Home in Brentwood

Set in one of Los Angeles’ most sought-after neighborhoods, the Brentwood Project is an exploration of quiet luxury, classic charm, and the beauty of natural light. A portrait of modern California living, this home exudes an open, understated, and refined sensibility that feels effortless.

The residence was transformed for a family who values connection, calm, and spaces that elevate daily living as much as they inspire. Every detail was considered with intention, creating a home that balances elegance with comfort, and simplicity with depth.

01 Entry

Warm woods, layered neutrals, and organic textures define the palette, lending the home its signature softness. Clean architecture meets a curated, lived-in sensibility—the blend that has become synonymous with our design approach.

The entryway welcomes with light and proportion, setting the calm, grounded tone that carries throughout the home. Clean lines and symmetry create an atmosphere that is both refined and relaxed with design that is intentionally restrained—an opening gesture that speaks to the home’s ethos: natural, tactile, and quietly confident.

02 Living Room

Bathed in soft, generous daylight, the living room is the emotional anchor of the home. Linen-covered seating, organic woods, and subtle tonal layering create a sanctuary that feels open yet intimate.

Textures do the talking here—the movement of woven materials, the patina of warm woods, the interplay of neutral tones—and details like the coffered ceiling and french doors add a classic charm to an otherwise modern design. Indoor-outdoor views frame the room, allowing California’s landscape to become part of the design narrative.

03 Dining Room

A space designed for gathering, the dining room celebrates connection and everyday ritual. Framed by clean architecture and softened by natural light, the room features a grounded wood table, elegant seating, and minimal styling that lets the textures shine.

It is a room that adapts gracefully, equally suited for quiet family dinners as for long, lingering evenings with friends.

04 Kitchen

Functional beauty defines the Brentwood Project kitchen. Deep navy cabinetry, natural stone, and warm metal accents create a timeless yet modern composition.

The layout is designed for effortless living: ample workspace, integrated storage, and an inviting flow that supports cooking, gathering, and the rhythm of daily life.

Organic touches—woven seating, layered textures, and carefully curated accessories—bring warmth and welcome to this space. This kitchen is not just a workspace; it’s a living environment.

Adjacent to the kitchen, the breakfast nook is a sunlit retreat. A round table with deep dining chairs creates an intimate setting that encourages slow mornings and everyday comfort.

05 Bedrooms

The primary suite serves as a serene refuge—a study in calm tones, layered bedding, and natural textures. Every element was chosen for balance: substantial yet soft, sculptural yet understated. A seamless blend of warmth and minimalism creates a restorative atmosphere.

This is where the home’s design language reaches its quietest, most intentional point, culminating in a sanctuary shaped by softness and light.

Soft stone, clean plaster, and warm metal details come together to form a spa-like experience in the primary bath. The palette is tonal and textural, allowing natural materials to take center stage. Thoughtful lighting enhances the room’s calm, reflective quality.

It’s a space meant to slow the pace—to reset, to restore, to be still.

Guest suites continue the home’s narrative of warmth and natural beauty. Sun-washed neutrals, layered linens, and handcrafted elements create rooms that feel inviting and restorative.

Subtle variations in texture and tone give each suite its own personality while maintaining the home’s overall cohesion. Quiet luxury, expressed through simplicity.

06 Outdoors

Additional living and play spaces embrace both function and beauty. Practical layouts are grounded by durable materials, while curated furniture and finishes ensure the spaces remain aesthetically consistent with the rest of the home.

These are rooms designed for family life—flexible, thoughtful, and elevated.

California living extends seamlessly outdoors. Natural furnishings, layered textiles, and soft greenery transform patios into true extensions of the interior design.

The result is a cohesive indoor-outdoor lifestyle: breezy, open, and deeply connected to the landscape.
